  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or force majeure events.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to many destinations.

International Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by their country.

6. Risk of Loss & Ownership

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

  • Ownership transfers upon shipment.

EU & UK Consumers

For customers located in the EU or UK, risk of loss transfers only when the goods are delivered to you, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes

The customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Any return shipping fees

  • Reshipping costs, if applicable

Refunds for returned orders will exclude original shipping charges unless otherwise required by law.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective or incorrect:

In such cases:

  • Standard outbound shipping may be refundable

12. Non-Returnable Items (Shipping Notice)

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork

  • Made-to-order items
